Your Customer Experience Assistant will gather a few details and schedule your appointment. Then your Project Planning Advisor will perform a full exterior inspection and provide a detailed estimate. From your first phone call to our first visit together, you can expect open communication, honest guidance and steady support every step of the way.
Step 2 – Scheduling and Project Start
Once you approve your design and sign your digital proposal your project officially begins! Your dedicated Project Manager will contact you to schedule the most convenient start date for your installation.
Step 3 – Preparation for The Perfect Experience
Before your work begins, you will receive a friendly reminder with simple preparation tips-like where to move your vehicles and what time to expect our arrival. Your project advisor will also contact you the day before to ensure you have the best experience you've every had with a contractor.
Step 4 – Project Start and Completion
The big day has arrived! Our team gets to work and your project manager is on site to keep everything running smoothly, answer your questions and to ensure that the work is done right. We keep the process simple, steady and finished to perfection.
Step 5 – Post Project Care Begins
Your project manager will walk you throughout the property to make sure it looks cleaner than when we arrived. Then your Post Project Care begins. From communicating with your insurance company to consistent scheduled follow-ups we stand by our work and continue to provide support for your home for years to come.
