Your journey starts with a phone call. Our team gathers a few basic details and schedules your appointment at a time that works for you. Then your dedicated Project Manager visits your home, performs a full exterior inspection, and provides a detailed written estimate — at no cost and with zero obligation.
Once you approve your estimate, we send a clean digital proposal outlining every detail of the project — materials, scope, timeline, and cost. No hidden fees, no vague line items. Once you sign, your Project Manager contacts you to lock in the most convenient start date for your installation.
Before your work begins, you receive a friendly reminder from your Project Manager with simple preparation tips — where to move vehicles, what to expect on arrival day, and the precise start time for your crew. We handle everything so there are no surprises on installation day.
The big day arrives — and your Project Manager is on-site the entire time. Our crew gets to work with precision and care, sending you real-time photo updates throughout the day. Most residential installations are completed in a single day. When the work is done, your Project Manager walks the property with you, confirms everything meets your expectations, and delivers your warranty documentation before leaving.
This is where JAGG is different. The relationship doesn't end when the check clears. Your Project Manager walks the property one final time to confirm the site is spotless and everything is exactly right. We then communicate with your homeowner's insurance carrier to help reduce your premium. And we follow up at 90 days and again at one year — because we stand behind our work long after the job is done.
